Norman and Jemeshia didn’t just stumble into wealth-building — they have lived the lessons they now teach.
In 2013, at just 22 years old, Norman bought his first home. Bold, outspoken, and full of vision, Norman understood early that ownership is power.
Meanwhile, Jemeshia’s journey looked different — but no less determined. Juggling two jobs, weighed down by student loans, she realized working harder wasn’t the solution. In 2022, she turned to stock options as a way to grow her money without trading more hours for dollars. She built a portfolio of her own, proving that smart strategy can outpace hustle.
Their paths crossed in 2023 at the All Black National Convention in Atlanta. Norman already having owned multiple homes debt free met Jemeshia with a growing stock portfolio and a drive to secure her future with money and a husband. It wasn’t just a meeting of two people; it was a meeting of their destiny.
Together, they married in 2024, bought their first home as a couple 6 months after the wedding, and realized the power of combining their skills. Jemeshia helps people grow their income through stocks and investing. Norman helps people get financially positioned to own property and assets. Together, they bridge the gap that keeps Black millennials from building wealth: lack of knowledge, lack of a clear plan, and lack of money.
Own & Grow isn’t just a business. It’s a movement. It’s about making wealth simple, accessible, and lasting. It is about giving millennials the tools to own the keys, grow the assets, and build what lasts.
